    Pros

    Excellent money if you work for a temp agency. Very friendly co-workers, I made some really good friends while I worked there. When I first started, overtime was encouraged. Most supervisors and leads are former reps, so they know what you are dealing with, but half the time don't care, they have their own issues to deal with.     Management doesn't have a clue. HR is a laugh. Since CVS took over, all the work in the North/South East regions is being shut down and shipped out West or overseas. First day on the floor, was put in a different job position with no training. Thank goodness I've had previous experience in insurance and for access to the internet! There is a revolving door at this company. They tell you they don't have enough work...

    Advice to Management

    Bottom line is money. You make money by having employees who work efficiently and are on task. Keeping the employees scared and pulling people around by their need for next week's paycheck, you will lose them to better employers. In the end, you will have a bunch of temps who are there for the fast cash and a reference, who could care less if your company succeeds or not.

    Pros

    Decent pay but not high enough.

    Cons

    Company will work you hard and does not care if you have a life or family outside of there. You are viewed as a number on a report not a valued employee.
