company is well managed; HR practices are very good; excellent time-off policies; opportunity to get involved in all phases of software development; frequent visits by Dutch management to control software development processes in Hyderabad. It was my best career choice.

mid level management was not up to the mark; some incompetent employees were made architects and team leads; development managers had fixed mindsets and did a poor job with appraisal and bonus evaluation.

Work life balanced is disturbed when you work in shifts No growth, senior people occupy their position for longer term No new challenges Your hard work is ignored. All employees are given same appraisal. No company shares given in appraisal. No co-ordination between different departments.

Politics is visible till be bottom level. Unless you find your god father how ever you do good/get appreciated it wont reflect in the play slips.
