      Pros

Supervisor was great! Some people are rather friendly. They will take just about anyone that wants a job. You learn good things, like how to cover your butt when the managers mess up. The fear you get from getting fired for no reason will make you a good workaholic. Diverse work environment.

      Cons

Managers ranged from adequate to bad. You can get fired for doing what you are tolled to do. Health and safety is not important to the managers. Example is they prevent you from wearing gas masks when dealing with toxic chemicals. Or if you are injured and on serious pain meds they still expect you to come to work. Bad atmosphere in more than one way. Depending on where you work you could be expected to work harder than others while getting paid the same or less. Poor leadership. Poor work life balance. Example, they discouraged me taking time off to go to a funeral, and then fired me not long after I came back.

      Pros

The working environment for the most part is good. I found working relationships with other employees to be fairly good. I was able to form friendships and good working relationships with other employees.

      Cons

Management has no apparent regard for employees. The only apparent concern of management is the company income. The majority of employees I know at Core Lab feel as though management would prefer they quit so under paid temporary employees can be hired as replacements.

      Pros

it is very open and friendly place to work. In short, it is a family working environment. Good place to work, I think.

      Cons

it takes too much time to change one thing if you want to change it to better one. You need a patience obviously.

      Pros

Great company to invest in. Great stock to own!

      Cons

Bad work environment. It is very apparent that management only cares about their wallet...management does NOT care about its employees. Everyone outside of management is easily replaceable according to management.

Fast Paced work environment full of different tasks that teach you new skills and prepare you to perform different job duties.

      Cons

Extreme "good old boy" environment that mainly guarantees job advancement based on favoritism rather than employee work ethic.
