    Pros

    Internal Promotion, Integrity, Family Oriented, Work/Life Balance, Fun Work Environment, Engaging, Tuition Reimbursement, Good Benefits, and Employees are valued. There is no resistance to process improvement or efficiency. Core-Mark encourages your progression.

    Cons

    Southlake location is the only con. it convenient for me, however, it can be a far drive for some.

    Please continue the great energy, hard work, and being personable. Thank you for expressing the value of your employees.

    Decent Pay and good benefits

    Lack of leadership, no upward mobility, profits above people, empty promises, no standard of procedures

    Advice to Management

    Reward those that work hard and go above and beyond, don't expect the hard workers to pick up the slack of poor performers, discipline poor performers, hire motivated people and leaders not bosses, institute stand of procedure in all departments, have concise plans of action for all circumstances ie.. call offs, volume increases/decreases, don't make empty promises to staff of change or upward movement. All together... do BETTER!
