I have been working at CoreLogic full-time for more than a year

    Pros

beautiful campus with lounge areas and outdoor seating, covered parking and friendly staff. food trucks set up outside and chain restaurants inside, lots of staff building opportunities and employee resource groups. I'm (still) thrilled to be here, hired Aug 2017!

    Cons

Silo-ed teams, difficult to understand who does what unless you ask everyone a few times. some redundancies in process due to this which can be viewed as opportunities for improvement if the proper people focus and embrace change.

    Advice to Management

Communication is great at CoreLogic, continue doing that and showing how valued your employees are. Truly appreciated.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at CoreLogic full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

There is definitely an opportunity to grow within the organization and quickly if you focus on delivering quality work in a timely fashion.

    Cons

Company culture can oftentimes feel lacking in direction and/or disjointed.

    Advice to Management

Focus on a corporation-wide strategy exercise to redefine the brand, mission, and company culture. Thereafter, implement it methodically so it becomes apparent and inherent what each team is driving towards.

I have been working at CoreLogic full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

CoreLogic has been a great place for me to learn and grow my career. I work on a great team and really enjoy my coworkers, and have always worked under really strong leadership. I feel like my manager really is sincerely dedicated to my professional development. I also feel like CoreLogic has a pretty good work/life balance compared to other companies I have worked at.

    Cons

We are working on improving our collaboration across many different offices. With offices across the world, it can be difficult to work as closely with remote teams as with teams that you work with in person.

    Advice to Management

Continue to listen to employee feedback and the pulse of your employees.
