    Pros

The company gives you a lot of flexibility and there is a lot of trust. I have a lot of flexibility and control over my working week. If you work really hard, you will be recognized and rewarded in this company. There is a lot of opportunity to move within the company and there is a focus on internal promotion. I love working for Corelolgic

    Cons

I don't really have anything negative to say about working at Corelogic. As long as you are someone who will work hard, be proactive, and are solution focused, CoreLogic is a great place to work.

    Advice to Management

Keep making sure the Corelogic culture is a priority

I have been working at CoreLogic full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good opportunity to advance. Hard work, creativity, & solution focused will be rewarded. Reports that management does not promote based on performance is false. Good team work departments work together to create solutions. The attitude is constant improvement; what will add more value to our products & services. Client focused.

    Cons

This company has grown & changed so much. Some veteran employees don't get the vision. It's annoying to listen to them complain instead of work hard & join in the successes. Wish they would go away or at least stop complaining about the changes & decisions made by management (and stupid things like coffee & paper towels).

    Advice to Management

Try to invest in some upgraded tools. Our business continues to grow & we need better tools to help manage and keep things organized. Better tools will help us focus on the stuff that matters rather than stressing about the time it takes to do reports & documentation.

I worked at CoreLogic full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great hard working people. Benefits are fair and comparable.

    Cons

Upper management not aligned on roadmap for the company. They are not willing to invest in people and tools to improve workflow efficiency. Company policies requiring people to work from a HUB office vs. remote led to many great people leaving or getting laid off. Very sad...

    Advice to Management

Align at the top and have a clear roadmap for your employees, if you have one then better communication on the vision and approach would be beneficial to middle management and ground level folks.

I have been working at CoreLogic full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

This was a great company when I joined three years ago and it's getting better year after year. Ignore the whiners and complainers. If you're smart, have decent communication skills, and have the courage to make a difference, then this is the place to be.

This is a company that actively looks for talent and does a lot of work behind the scenes to curate and cultivate talent.

If you're looking for a company where your hard work and leadership will have a positive impact on your peers and the company: this is it.

    Cons

It's a publicly traded company: if you're not comfortable with that or the decisions that a publicly traded company has to make to maintain numbers, this isn't the place for you.

    Advice to Management

    Coffee cups.

I have been working at CoreLogic full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The pay was relatively decent compared to other call center jobs. There were also healthcare benefits, 401k option, paid holidays and two weeks of paid vacation, but that was pretty much it.

    Cons

There were strict limits on when you could use vacation time since there was so much work. The people that call into the call center were also difficult to work with.

I worked at CoreLogic full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There is plenty of opportunity to work with talented technical people.

    Cons

They're very tight about spending money where it belongs - supporting the technology that drives the company and makes them money. Instead they're pouring all they've got on innovation labs and ignoring their legacy applications (bread and butter). There are constant waves of layoffs where they've gotten rid of talented people. All the new CEO (former CFO) cares about is cutting costs.

    Advice to Management

Invest on what matters most - keeping your talent and not letting them go (I'm especially talking to you CIO). Labs is not everything and maybe it will be but it's not and you are ignoring what is making the company money.

I have been working at CoreLogic full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Possibly the best place to work for large scale real estate/insurance data.
Good PTO if you're high enough.
Some of the people are great to work with.

    Cons

Below average salary, benefits, work environment.
Upper management is greedy and shortsighted.

    Advice to Management

People aren't stupid - if you treat them poorly, all the good ones will leave. Unless you've already kicked them out.
