I have been working at CoreLogic full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

beautiful campus with lounge areas and outdoor seating, covered parking and friendly staff. food trucks set up outside and chain restaurants inside, lots of staff building opportunities and employee resource groups. I'm (still) thrilled to be here, hired Aug 2017!

    Cons

Silo-ed teams, difficult to understand who does what unless you ask everyone a few times. some redundancies in process due to this which can be viewed as opportunities for improvement if the proper people focus and embrace change.

    Advice to Management

Communication is great at CoreLogic, continue doing that and showing how valued your employees are. Truly appreciated.

    Pros

Coworkers are super friendly, always willing to help, Most managers are always available to help answer questions,
as long as you can handle someone being frustrated on the phone you could do this. Be positive.

    Cons

They do have a slow season and as I was hired "temp-to-hire" I had to be let go.
    Nothing else. Very great job

    Advice to Management

Keep on doing what you are doing, especially with the group meetings that were occuring a ton more.

I have been working at CoreLogic full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good benefits, co-workers are like family, you can move around in the company.

    Cons

Pay is not competitive, it doesn't pay to stay employed their long-term because even exceeds employees receive minimal raises. Additionally, most of the management team treat their employees like children, which upper management encourages. The company does not offer any type of funds for recognition or team building. I often paid for these types of things from my own pocket.

    Advice to Management

Work to retain tenured employees, promote employees who aren't necessarily friends with management, but who will treat employees with respect and compassion. Work to build loyalty with current employees with recognition and team building events.

    Pros

Benefits include decent insurance and 401K.

    Cons

They don't respect or value employees. Management is allowed to hire unqualified friends instead of promoting qualified long-term employees with more education who then have to train them as best they can to be their boss.

    Pros

Some really great people, but they aren’t in decision making roles - or they won’t stick their necks out.

    Cons

For a data company, the resources were pitifully inadequate. Repeatedly lied to about advancement and bonuses.

    Advice to Management

None. They are not inclined to listen.
