I have been working at CoreLogic full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

There were definitely growing pains when CLGX became its own independent company 10 yrs ago. However, leaders have listened to the employees' voices through town halls, corporate communication and other means of proactively reaching out to us. They have provided a more positive, working environment and many incentives to bring 'fun' during work. Examples, Corelogic Connect that introduced the Play more, Give more, Learn more and Live more; 401K per pay period matching; free lunches/celebrations; the way Covid-19 was handled; balance of work & life; extra volunteer day to serve in our community.

    Cons

It is fast paced so each individual needs to keep up. Besides this, none.

I have been working at CoreLogic full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great people to work with, management is accessible, positive office culture in Austin, positive experiences with local management and leadership, ability to do work that makes a difference

    Cons

Can be difficult to advance, poor culture from the top. CEO has negative attitude toward WFH, resulted in late action at beginning of COVID-19 crisis and a pre-emptive re-entry that is moving forward as cases and hospitalizations rise across the state and country.

I have been working at CoreLogic full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Compensation very fair compared to similar positions in industry. I feel like the company has the right vision for where it wants to be long-term. Enjoy the co-workers and appreciate the collaborative environment.

    Cons

Due to global nature of company, very little work/life balance -- always on the clock in some fashion. Despite the vision, company has challenge in its execution; seems to have ADD in ongoing diversions. Periodic re-organizations that weigh on employees and their perceived "survival rate"; always looking over their shoulders.

I have been working at CoreLogic full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great local culture where bosses listen to, value and respect local contributors. Unfortunately they have to poke, prod, negotiate and convince corporate leadership to do the same.

    Cons

Corporate management despite a constant verbal assurance that we should be a company that keeps an appropriate pace with technology to bring our customer’s an industry leading experience - there is no actual commitment to that at the corporate level in any real sense. The policies in place including an extreme aversion to working from home (This persists in the face of a global pandemic with cases spiking in many of the communities where offices exist.), a bonus pool that is only available to certain higher ups and a corporate culture that requires all business units to cut employees due to under performance in other unnamed business units (yes, your business unit could do extremely well and your bosses might have to do a reduction in force because some other business unit did not meet their goals) are the antithesis of a company that seeks to recruit talent and utilize that talent and their knowledge of modern technologies.

I worked at CoreLogic full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Company pays well and has good health/medical/401 K benefits

    Cons

You'll work long hours, hit a lot of corporate red tape and be prone to RIF's, location consolidations. The company is so focused on the bottom line, it doesn't invest in the infrastructure or its products to stay on top of the market needs
