I have been working at CoreSource full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Friendly staff for the most part, pay is acceptable, benefits are decent, and the atmosphere and employee appreciation shows.

    Cons

Job security in certain positions is unstable at this time, seems to be getting better. Some managers/higher ups are very entitled, not all.

I worked at CoreSource (More than a year)

    Pros

The physical surroundings were clean, building was well maintained, but that's about it.

    Cons

Favoritism, micromanagement, can't even ask coworkers for suggestions without reprimand. This place was just awful. The mental abuse put on me by my supervisor made my time at CoreSource pure hell

    Advice to Management

Treat employees fairly, stop the favoritism

I worked at CoreSource full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Many co-workers had same opinion as me about CoreSource, so I had plenty of co-workers to commiserate with.

    Cons

Unless you are a 'favorite', you will not see raises and will be treated inferiorly. Many double standards and no room for growth. If they do not like you, they will make your time there as miserable as they can make it

    Advice to Management

Treat all employees like they are worth something to your company. Treat all employees fairly

I worked at CoreSource full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good company but expectations too high; pay is good for the position. Medical benefits within 30+days. Not too much else good about the company.

    Cons

They don't care about employees with disabilities. Worst company to work for as management has favorites, very unfair treatment. Training is a joke. Can't talk with coworkers without punishment

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees before making decisions

    Pros

Flex time and the benefits offered were great. My pay was great.

    Cons

    Not a good work/home balance.

    Advice to Management

Provide more support to your workers so they don't get burned out. Time off is provided, but most people still check in on their days off.

I have been working at CoreSource full-time

    Pros

Coresource is very concerned about their employees, their community and their clients. They strive to provider excellent service to clients. They offer many opportunities to their employees, educational and career wise. They are not slave drivers and offer many fun, extracurricular activities for their employees.

    Cons

They outsource some work and that has eliminated the jobs of many people. However, they do give a generous severance package to employees who are laid off and when possible, advance notice so that those employees can be exploring their options.

I have been working at CoreSource full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

A great bank of paid time off, the people, nice environment, ability to balance life, flexibility with schedule, advancement opportunities (if you're willing to invest and seek them out), new leadership!

    Cons

At times too focused on the bottom line versus the people. There is a lack of leadership training except for those that are higher up.

    Advice to Management

Keep people the priority! Happy employees make happy customers!!
