    small company and projects are of medium size. so the budget is not in billions, but millions. if you like startups, you would enjoy

    All employees are great to work with and very fun and casual environment. There is hardly any con with this company hence the rating. Hence I always liked to work for this company always always.

    Don't have any advice for management as all is too well. Management both india and US office was great and communicating and deciding things well.

    - Good projects from technology perspective
    - Excellent co-workers
    - Clients are usually small business player/start up so work is mostly challenging

    Variety of projects.
    Exposure to new technologies.
    Some good people.

    Cons

    Operationally deficient.
    Processes across projects is nonexistent.
    Opportunities for growth are smoke and mirrors.
    Internal projects are half baked.
    Reputation with clients is atrocious.

    Advice to Management

    Just admit you're a body shop and run it like a professional services firm instead of a startup incubator. Get rid of management personnel that are incompetent. Have real leadership instead of just Engineering Managers.

    Smart and Intelligent people to work with

    Cons

    Sometimes due to deadlines you may have to work for long hours. But this totally depends on the project that you are working for. Pressure is sometimes.. Not all the time.

    Advice to Management

    Usually townhall and meetings are conducted by management to convey any message or change . Its a good practice. Transperancy is there to good extent..Open Culture.
