    Pros

Get you on the spot jobs, the facilities they place you at are nice and clean. Some advancement if you work hard.

    Cons

Only temp work as like seasonal. Not much work available. Supervisors are not very helpful. They put you aside for other matters.

I worked at Corestaff Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

On the spot hiring, no experience needed.

    Cons

Once on-boarded, no communication between them and company that they support (in this case, Goodman-Daiken). Boarder-line illegal labor practices concerning breaks and hours worked per day. Some areas work 10 hour days, 6 days a week. The pay is insulting for the strenuous and repetitive work you do. They have been going through people mad crazy and it's easy to understand why. You would be treated better and have better benefits working in any retail establishment over Goodman. Retail doesn't usually pay out OT, so your chances of having a work-life balance are better.

    Advice to Management

    None, it doesn't matter.
