    Pros

There were plenty of advancement opportunities at one time before the regulatory problems. At one time they were a company that cared about the employee and student

    Cons

Well with the fall of the co0mpany last year this is an obvious one. I think Zenith will help turn it around, but it will never be the same company that it once was.

    Advice to Management

Get back to focusing on the student, quit worrying about lining your pockets with money.

    Pros

Great recruitment, training and development, and team atmosphere. The contact center management team was very supportive and willing to make necessary improvements.

    Cons

Senior management mishandled the business causing regulatory/legal problems that caused the loss of hundreds of jobs.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

The CEO was the living embodiment of integrity. There were some really amazing people who used to work here. The values were real and they mattered to a select few, and it was great working with those people. The mission of the company was spot on.

    Cons

Middle management was like a cancer of poor decision making abilities and a proclivity to corruption. Not enough people doing the right thing. Poor use of company funds to finance personal trips and entertainment. Improper relationships and behaviors with zero consequences (i.e. going late night clubbing with subordinates and direct reports and then both parties failing to show up to work the next morning and calling in "sick"). No accountability. You could lie, cheat, and steal (and people did), and it would never see a consequence or punishment in the light of day. My heart aches to think of the endless amount of cons because this place used to be great. The founders of this company should still be proud.

    Advice to Management

It's never too late to do the right thing. To the leaders who allowed something amazing crumble to countrywide rubble heaps of broken dreams of more education and a better life, be better tomorrow than you were yesterday. Leadership isn't a position or a title; it's a responsibility to care for the organizational health of the company, the well-being of your people, and to steer the ship straight.

    Pros

This job offered flexible hours, varied responsibilities, interesting work and supportive colleagues. It allowed for creativity and development of communication skills.

    Cons

Expectations were sometimes unrealistically high and opportunities were limited. The salary could have been improved. It was otherwise a satisfactory job.

    Advice to Management

Know the territory and customers better. Offer better incentives and product for presenters to work with.

    Cons

They want to recruit and implement a sales team but not pay what sales professionals are use to. They also seek out individuals with graduate degrees and do not want to pay for experience and credentials.
