I worked at Cornelius full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good Products and hard working people

    Cons

From the very first day I walked in the door people were angry and discontent. HR rep had to actually sit in on morning production meetings to keep some people from erupting.

    Advice to Management

What management? Hands down the worst management I've ever witnessed. They took the good managers and chased them out and replaced with GFI people that systematically picked departments apart running out good people. It always appeared to be as if a plan to completely mess the company up from within was well in place. best day was the last day. I can only say this about Cornelius; no other company I've worked for was ever this bad.

I worked at Cornelius (More than a year)

    Pros

They have great soda and icee machines in the break room...........

    Cons

They cut you even when you do everything for them with perfect attendance and never tardy. The pepsi segment is the worst they have some of the most unqualified uneducated people working under that segment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE................

    Advice to Management

Get some people who work on the Pepsi segment and claim to be "quality" that actually know quality...... that have degrees besides the manager he needs real help from smart people he works too hard because he needs help

    Pros

Lot of stuff to learn, no limits. Excellent pay

    Cons

No good accountability for project failures. Same person is allowed to let other projects fail over and over.
Good at wasting money on stuff that doesn't matter
After segmentation going from bad to worse.....

    Advice to Management

There is good clean up, needed at the upper management.

    Pros

    Benefits if you have none

    Cons

Management is despicable. They call and intimidate your family. You better fit in and know your place. Great place if you are unemployed and need somewhere to survive.

    Advice to Management

Give it up. Swinging Competition has you.

I have been working at Cornelius full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great place to gain some experience as an engineer.

    Cons

Company recently went through segmentation and as a result there are "smaller businesses" within the business. It is too early to determine if this change to the business structure will have positive results.

Not much room for growth or developing one's profession.
