I worked at Cornell Companies full-time

    Pros

The best reason for me was being able to help those that needed a second chance.
    Co-workers were like family

    Cons

Management was lacking in looking out for the welfare of its employees, working there was sometimes like working for a dysfunctional police force just a complete lack of communication

    Advice to Management

I have no good words to say about or to management other than to Mrs. Washington
She really looked out during some of the tough times so THANK YOU MRS. WASHINGTON
