    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Cornerstone full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The job is Monday through Friday. I get to work from home 2 days a week. My hours are mostly during the morning/day/early evening. I understand both our system and the ordering system for HSN.

    Cons

There is little job growth potential. Having some classes until 11 at night. Decreasing market, so many people are losing their jobs.

    Advice to Management

Try to hold onto the talent that you have. Reward them instead of trying to bring in new people and have a huge attrition rate.

    Pros

Flexible you could bring your kids to work, but if you didn't have kids, there were no perks.

The rules were made up and changed according to what mood your 7 different managers were in.

Pay your people fairly, give benefits & be less greedy
