    I worked at Corning full-time

    Pros

Amazing pay and benefits - they offer a pension...who does that nowadays?!?

    Cons

The organization is lumbering. takes too long to make a decision about anything - death by meeting. It is VERY difficult to fit in or be taken seriously if you did not start your career there any never leave - they don't like newcomers very much.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the people you hire and let them do their jobs.
