    Pros

    High caliber engineering group across the company. Good pay. Great healthcare benefits. Safety first motto, and the company truly loves by it through their actions and reactions to incidents. Large amount of knowledge to learn, you won't get bored.

    Cons

    Too much risk allowed.
    Manpower low, easy to burn out.

    Advice to Management

    Interface more with your groups to understand needs.
    Show your employees you value them. You can't afford to lose them.

    Pros

    Great work-life balance, good people and collaborative culture. The salaries are competitive, they invest a lot in people development and they allow for, and even promote at certain levels, career movement through their various businesses

    Cons

    Headquarters in a small town. Far away from any big cities. Very specific culture: indirect and traditional. Not too many minorities in the area.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in young people and create career paths that allow for managed ownership earlier in people's careers.

    Hard to get a full time position, plant is full of sub contracted labor.
