I worked at Corporate Call Center part-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

Supplemental income. Flexible Schedule. Accessible location with parking. Security personnel onsite. Transportation at night to bus depot for those without cars. They will pay for your training, health insurance license, fingerprints and test. Helpful supervisors.

    Cons

Monitored calls should be discussed in private. Always a bit of confusion at the start of each season. It should be flawless since it's the same time every year and they know what to expect.

    Advice to Management

Monitored calls should be discussed in private.

I worked at Corporate Call Center full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

some of the agents were half decent. Flexible with schedules

    Cons

The building was filled with Carbon Monoxide and the management hid that from the staff. People were very sick because of it. You were penalized if you left from being sick. There was an outbreak of asbestos and BED BUGS!!!! There was urinal that busted and flooded the floors...they "vacuumed" it up! This place will kill you and may give you some special critters to take home to your family! That was just the building!...
