    Positive Outlook

I worked at Corporate Staffing Services full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great work environment, very flexible to employee's needs, lots to offer. Only as good or bad as you choose to be,

    Cons

Job market is unpredictable. You need to work hard and have many irons in the fire.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I worked at Corporate Staffing Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Self motivated because no management was in office.

    Cons

Too many different people in management telling you how to do one thing, too many chiefs. They need to be on one accord with one person handling situations.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Corporate Staffing Services full-time

    Pros

They give you your independence, no one is micromanaging you.

    Cons

For my job not enough work to do, many days had to find things to do on my own.

    Advice to Management

The pay rate for the workers were very low according to national average. Provide better training for new hires. Better communication between upper management and staff, they take a long time to follow-up with email regarding questions.
