    Pros

    I love to cook. I love to cashier so I can meet many of the students who become friends.

    Cons

    I have to make a 33-mile round trip twice a day to take my grand daughter to Tuloso Midway Intermediate School.

    Advice to Management

    Discuss problems with your workers in private in an adult and professional manner. "Speak softly and carry a big stick."

    TRS Teacher Retirement System is probably one of the best in the country.

    Cons

    Politics. Employees are rarely recognized or encouraged to think outside the box.

    -Flexible to your schedule
    -You choose where you work
    -Doesn't require a teaching degree
    -Get a half hour lunch and sometimes an off period of 50 minutes
    -Staff will treat you nicely

    Cons

    -Pay is low; even lower without a degree
    -Students can be troublesome

    Pros

    I have the benefit of being on a great campus. My administration and co workers are great. I enjoy working for the district. The compensation is fair and there is opportunity for stipends.

    Cons

    All things considered I don't have any cons. I have worked for other districts and CCISD has provided stability during the course of my three years.

    None.

    Independent from supervisor and working with 80 students throughout school year.

    Cons

    traveling to four different middle schools, started late in school year, and had to catch up students on their time.
