I worked at Corrections Corporation of America full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Family oriented, free food, team-work, great team to work with, and acknowledge birthdays

    Cons

The benefits and pay are not very good. I wish there was a location closer to where I live.

    Advice to Management

Please promote from within, and the clerks need more money for the amount of work they put out.
