    Pros

CCA is a progressive company that encourages you to self develop then give them the benefit of your experience. This isn't an outfit that merely looks to have things done their way. It's a wonderful career opportunity.

    Cons

There are only upsides to working at CCA.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great job

I have been working at Corrections Corporation of America full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

CCA is a family of professionals! Open to new ideas and promoting within - along with community involvement and outstanding facilities with all the technological advances! Staff in-service and training are top notch! Great place to work.

    Cons

Outside of working with inmates that need constant hand holding - I can't think of a "con" that relates directly to CCA!

    Advice to Management

    Management is great - always!

"Facility staff are generally great to work with. The corporate staff are unethical and are only interested in their job"
