    Most of the employees are like family to me. We have each others' backs.

    There are numerous employees that take too much time off, leaving the rest of us having to cover for them.

    a job stability. hours. sceduled for the whole year at one time

    Cons

    no breaks, no lunches, rank does not support its employees, everyone in way of power for the inmates... we realize they are the bread winner but without employees....

    we are your employees... take care of us we take care of you.... punish the ones dont do there part.
    some kind of incentative for the ones that do show up daily... ..
