I have been working at Cosentino North America full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Family run company that offers a work/life balance. Opportunity for advancement is only limited by you. As long as your willing and able to learn, they are willing to train you. Complete lack of training for any position applied for, so applicants better actually know how to do the job they're applying for. The training you'll receive here will only be about the history of the Cosentino family and how they came to be successful in the stone industry. If you're lucky you'll...

    Advice to Management

The brand means nothing if you can't keep good employees to continue the work. If an employee, or multiple employees come to you about an issue with management over and over again, fire the manager. Stop listening to idle gossip. We're not children. Final word, how about holding management accountable for his mistakes and lack of skill instead of continuing to fire good employees just because he is an excellent suck...
