    Pros

I am a recent college grad and have worked here the past year or so. They worked with my schedule to where I only worked a day or two during the week and when I came back for holidays/breaks. Great people to work with and for.

I have nothing negative to say.

I have been working at Cosentino’s Food Stores full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The department heads are genuinely very good at working to improve employees with the limited resources they have been given. Also, my coworkers make the time enjoyable at work with the many personalities and stories they represent. Additionally, the everyday/repeat customers who have invested some of their lives in me are what keep me there.

    Cons

Corporate as a whole seems to show very little interest in employee. There is little sense of loyalty to those that work genuinely to improve the company.

  7. "Treats and compensates employees unfairly."

    Pros

Some of the other employees are super awesome.

    Cons

Doesn’t inform you when certain pay raises take effect in order to save money. Most management doesn’t really treat lower employees with respect at all. Expects you to shut up and not talk to anyone.

    Advice to Management

    Pay people what they deserve.
