I have been working at Costco Wholesale part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

pay is over minimum wage, very professional environment, great staff working for the company. respect for the customers and also great prices on bulk items.

    Cons

Never enough staff to direct the customers to the items they want. Always having to stop work in order to direct the customer to the product the are looking buy. All the merchandise is in bulk, so customers looking for small items are out of luck.

    Advice to Management

It's really is a great company to work for but there seems to be no relationship between the staff and the Management. It seems like the staff is headed in one direction and Management is heading the opposite direction. But it all seems to work out fine in the end.

The work is really repetitive and can become extremely mundane day in and day out.
