    Pros

    We get paid very well and the company is always trying to keep up with the competition. 401 K match at 6% my 401 K has doubled since I left the last company that I was with, they matched 3% (if you stayed 3 years). I am putting in 6% and Coty is matching me 10% (what other companies offer that). People are very friendly and helpful to work with. I plan to retire here! Some people don't know how good they...

    The systems still need improvement so that they communicate with each other, there is still a lot of double work going on, but I think they are working on it. Trust your employees to make decisions, it will help in the long run! Overall, I enjoy working for Coty!

    Advice to Management

    Listen to the employees...Give better training on the benefits - too general

    I worked at Coty full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Large company Nice office building Good benefits Good Salary Fast paced culture Good place to earn experience and talented people to learn from

    Cons

    Some management was terrible and could very be rude at times with little respect for others Some management only wanted to protect their own jobs and careers and did not care for Coty or their employees HR department only wanted to sweep things under the rug There is a culture of dishonesty on all levels

    Advice to Management

    I was able to learn a lot and be successful at here but there were many others who were good employees that were treated very unfairly. Depending on where you are and who you work for your experience here could be very different. There are people in the company who are poor employees which are only there to protect their own careers. They are preventing progress.

      Compensation, Benefits and 401K plan

      Cons

      Sexual harassment, discrimination against women and mothers. No one to report issues to without fear of losing your job. Managers who will not lead or cannot and have no interest in developing a team. Threaten to lose your job daily. High stress level with no work life balance.

      Advice to Management

      Deal with male management before a law suit occurs. Check out claims and care how your female employees are treated. Time to own your mission statement.

      Great benefits, product discounts, company car.

      Cons

      Very cliquish environment. Too many good performers are made to quit or transfer if one reporting line doesn't like them. Difficult to move up. Corporate employees rarely leave on time, tough for families.

      Advice to Management

      Do company-wide employee surveys - anonymous - to understand what people in the field think.
