    Pros

    Office at the Empire State Building

    Cons

    Everything else. Mostly upper management being completely disconnected, prefer to ply blame games thzn finiding solutions, and ignoring the market trend by setting unreasonable goals.

    Advice to Management

    Honestly none they all quit in the past year

    Pros

    - Famous company, everyone knows - Fantastic brands (Rimmel London, Calvin Klein, Chloe...

    Cons

    - Horrible organization. - Bad Managers because of the bad organization. - Too many changes, I had 4 different bosses in 3 years... - You feel like they don't care about you and your career, they care just about the company. - Bad behavior.

    Be care of your people.

    I have been working at Coty full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Learn the experience to work in a bad work environment (no vision). Executive committee and leadership teams are only focus on their year end bonus. No long term thinking, especially on their people development.

    Cons

    Coty does not value low to mid management position / employee

    Advice to Management

    Increase your leadership base salary and reduce their bonus so that they focus on a mid to longer term vision on all business aspect. Coty shares would growth stronger

    I have been working at Coty full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Worklife balance Good benefits Strong 2nd pillar Gym, health insurance, lunch subside

    Cons

    Too many bosses, few people really working. Too political. A culture being formed, most of the people come from P&G and they are unhappy. Absent human Ressources Experienced employees treated like interns.

    Advice to Management

    Remove all p&g people and start over, fresh. Empower teams.

    I have been working at Coty full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Focus on Beauty and growing. Good in information availability

    Cons

    Too internal focus, internal presentations instead of customer focus. Lower levels are not heard, do not have access to top management, are simply executors.

    Advice to Management

    Please focus more time and energies in your consumers and customers. And please, a bit more in touch with people
