    Pros

•This place will definitely teach you a lot of lessons about life and work (good and bad ones)

    Cons

•Supervisors don’t know how to be supervisors (VERY judgmental and think they know it all) - Honestly what bothered me the most was that they constantly tried to prove that they were not bullies. *The fact that they try prove themselves shows you how sh*** this place is* •I worked here for some time and within that time a total of about 10 people quit (they drop like flies and the only reason I stood so long was because of my clients) •Lack of understanding and care for the mental health of employees. •One of the most ridiculous parts of it all is that 9/10 you will have to work during your lunch time and come in earlier than you have to because the paperwork is so much.. you will never keep up and when you think you do.. it happens all over again and YOU WILL NOT GET PAID FOR YOUR EXTRA TIME! •I am a hard working person and this place broke me in so many ways.. (mentally/emotionally) that I started to question my capabilities & life. (That’s my fault for allowing this horrible work environment to get a hold of me the way it did)

    Pros

work life balance is good....excellent people....good people. They try to allow for flex time as much as possible...if you are salaried they will expect events an fundraisers to be promoted, worked an attended by you...an strongly urge the same if you are hourly....this is also a con-depending on ones situation and perspective.

    Cons

no raises....ever. What you start at is IT...unless you are able to job transfer...and that's limited if you aren't at least a licensed mental health worker....so try to negotiate as much $$ as possible...and ask for more than the offered time off.....they can only say no..and might say ok depending on how dire their need is.....and they have a lot of turnover because they cannot match private sector pay scales.
