    Pros

    Solid management. Free college tuition.

    Cons

Incredibly cheap. High turnover. Parent company is too controlling.

    Advice to Management

Pick a direction and go with it. All the oscillating from UTC lends itself to decreased productivity.

Current Employee - Customer Service Representative

    Pros

good pay and benefits, established company, employees get along most of the time, holiday parties and birthday parties for employees, supervisors are firendly and easy to work with for the most part, able to openly talk and work with other departments, they do give raises, about 2 or 3 a year

    Cons

angry customers, supervisors not always available, management not loyal to good employees or supportive at times, parking was very bad, not enough spaces and no gates or fences but its somewhat better now

    Advice to Management

open communication, improve efficiency of reps
