    I have been working at Country Cousins

    Pros

    I can work when I want, where I want to suit my family life. I find CC to be supportive of my needs as well as to the clients.

    Cons

    Being away from home can be difficult. Missing special family days can make me feel homesick.

    Advice to Management

    Bring back the printed confirmation of assignments please.

    I worked at Country Cousins full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    I'm struggling. When I first worked there - in Horsham - it was great. A bit cliquey but I put up with it. The pay was ok. My manager and I got on like a house on fire. And the work ethos of the company, its principles and its ethics were to be highly commended.

    Cons

    The company went corporate in the summer of 2015. It became a call centre and we were suddenly clock watching. The worst thing was the blame culture between teams on the service team. It was them against us and it was a hideous environment to be in. What made it worse was the CONSTANT back stabbing, lies and gossip from the manager of one of the teams and her cronies.     Advice to Management

    Stand up to the trouble makers. If you allow people to get away with these bullying tactics, the nastiness will continue.country cousins has lost its sense of purpose. The original proprietor must be spinning in her grave.

    Pros

    Create office staff, really passionate about what they do want the best for both Clients and Carers

    Cons

    Management have lost sight of the business The level of customer service has massively dropped

    Advice to Management

    Look at the real meaning of the company and what it stands for, that is what people care about

      I have been working at Country Cousins for more than 8 years

      Pros

      I have been associated with Country Cousins since 2006 and have found them to be supportive and accomodating during this time. As an agency I consider them one of the best.

      Cons

      They have been through some changes recently and have not been as efficient as they normally are.

      Pros

      Lots of time off-2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.Ongoing Training which is very helpful.

      Cons

      Self Employed and dont get paid when not working.

      Advice to Management

      We would love more assisstance with Family members of Clients.
