I worked at Country Inns & Suites full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Meeting new people and having a good relationship with frequent guests, plus the pay is pretty good.

    Cons

Sometimes schedules were't done until a day or two before the work week started. My pay check was shorted a couple of times and they do not schedule the appropriate amount of people when we're busy. Sometimes I ran the hotel with at least 200 guests,

    Advice to Management

Schedule enough people during second shift so they aren't overwhelmed with guest requests and check ins.

I have been working at Country Inns & Suites part-time

    Pros

If you sign up a bunch of people for the membership awards program, you get a lot of points which you can exchange for rooms/giftcards/ff miles/ etc.

    Cons

There are different pin levels for getting good reviews (mentioning your name) from guests, but there are no rewards for getting good reviews. You just get a silly colored pin.

    Advice to Management

Better incentive to employees for good customer service.
