Free food, new 401k has low fees Work From Home Wednesday Amazing individual contributors. They're some of the smartest, most caring people I've ever met. I'll miss them. Helping people change their lives with Coursera
Cons
No 401k match Management is ineffective, doesn't care about employees, unlimited vacation means no vacation if you actually produce results Paid 25% below market Management retaliates against employees, layoffs are chosen for random factors or grudges, promises promotions/raises and then doesn't follow through, high turnover in middle management and individual level due to higher level bullying
