Pros
2 hour lunches because you don’t get paid enough to care. Good experience so you know red flags to look for in your next job.
Cons
Micromanaged by managers who have no idea what is going on. Feel like a slave. Care more about the vice president’s jet fuel to fly to Sec championship game than the workers who do everything . Source imaginary freight that doesn’t exist to look busy to upper management. You will work there and it be a new office in a year from people quitting and having self respect for themselves. If you don’t suck up and bow down to management you are treated like a dog with rabies.
