    Pros

Covenant is involved in their community! Gives you the opportunity to advance in your career. In services to keep us up to date on new issues. Keeps up on medical technology. Has some of the best medical staff in the state.

    Cons

Would like better benefits. Benefits keep declining.

    Advice to Management

Be more understanding of home life and issues beyond employee control. Give more praise for good work, not just negative feedback. More options for 12 hour shifts to save on gas with the gas prices so high. More recognition- the employees are the nuts and bolts of the hospital.

    Pros

The until I work on is great. Everyone loves what we do and that shows in the care we provide to our patients.

    Cons

Our benefits for being a medical based employer are very poor. We can only see Covenant physicans, can only use Covenant pharmacy and that is not open on the weekends. If you need care after 7 PM and need a prescription filled you have to go out of network, because ours is closed.

    Advice to Management

For Covenant being a medical based employer I hear all the time from co-workers that our Health Insurance is undesireable.
