I have been working at Covenant Services full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

There is always overt-time available due to the high turnover rate. You do not need much experience to get hired, as long as you have a high school education and could pass a security clearance, you are good to go.

    Cons

Authoritarian style of management; in other words, you are always micro managed and degraded. One will always have to look over his/her shoulder. Supervisors are always ready to write you up to justify their existence; these write-ups are often plagued with exaggerations and lies. Termination occurs often, average of 5 employees get fired a month. Understaffed operations can burn out the other staffs. Furthermore,...

Hold your lower management accountable and stop harassing your lower line workers who bring misconduct to your attention. Be professional and polite to your staff, lead by example. Most importantly stop lying to your staff, you cause distrust between screeners and management, which...

I have been working at Covenant Services full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

None. This job made me depressed. I am now distrusting of others.

    Cons

Pretty sure I got PTSD from this job. I am now depressed and untrusting of others. -INADEQUATE TRAINING ABOUT THEATS Almost all officers will not recognize a threat at the x-ray. My knowledge base about weapons, IEDs, & firearms is honestly from Youtube. Kubotans, OC spray, & stunguns come through all the time. -I give my supervisor a brassknuckle/bottleopener.
