Pros

I was hired December 2019 and experienced the most thorough and supported training program I've ever been a part of. I felt so well prepared and supported in my role. My lead was the very best manager I've ever had. She supported me, challenged me, trusted me to be an adult and do my work. Yet at the same time, my manager was my biggest advocate and helped with my professional development which landed me a promotion within 10 months of initially being hired!

I have been blown away by CoverMyMeds since my start date over two years ago. This is not my first job out of college so I have experienced several other workplace environments prior to my time at CoverMyMeds. At CoverMyMeds I feel so valued by my team and management. There is a lot of room for opportunity and growth for employees. Our department has a variety of training tracks available to help us grow or knowledge and define our careers paths at CoverMyMeds. The benefits and work life balance / flexibility at CoverMyMeds is truly unbelievable. CoverMyMeds does an amazing job at taking care of their employees & showing them how valued they are.
