    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Coverall of Nashville full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Open communication with corporate, employees, customers and Franchise Owners. They have worked diligently to ensure they're hiring and promoting honest strong employees. PCS corporate are all seasoned employees who worked their way up in the company and are always wanting the best for the company, their employees and franchise owners. Its refreshing to see people in corporate who have worked in each position so they fully understand what each employee is going through on a day to day basis.

    Cons

Past employees who did not do the right thing but try to say the company was in the wrong.

I worked at Coverall of Nashville full-time

    Pros

Simple product that everyone uses,, every building gets cleaned. Get to work with a diverse group of independant business owners from all over the world.

    Cons

Instead of choosing to use ethical business practices, this master franchise (not a corporate location) prefers to push unrealistic dreams upon potential franchisees, provide them with mediocre training, force them into underbid accounts, and look for ways to get them kicked out of their accounts to resell the account to other franchisees. Account managers will never be able to properly take care of their accounts. Sales reps commissions are seriously overstated. Owners out of touch with reality since they have no practical industry experience other than looking at reports on their laptops.

I have been working at Coverall of Nashville full-time

    Pros

Great system when it's allowed to work as designed.

    Cons

Owners are passive aggressive with each other and don't communicate honestly. They will change policy to take money from their employees pockets to line their own. Very much a "good ol boy" position so if you're not laughing at the owners dry jokes, you're gone. Be prepared to go against your ethics and make promises you're not allowed to keep to small business owners that you're hired to support.
