    Pros

Great benefits including insurance, College reimbursement, 401 k, Pension, and free/d discounted services.

    Cons

The departments are designed as an every man for themselves mentality. Commission is good if you can meet your goals, but this causes battle between departments, and shady employee activity from others consistently that never seems to truly be addressed. Contractors are hired as well for customer services and technicians, but are not held to the same standards because they do not work directly through Cox.

    Advice to Management

Drop Contracted and out sourced employees.
