I have been working at Cox Communications (More than a year)

    Pros

    Pay, benefits, very nice environment.

    Cons

Pressure to attain goals that are sometimes uncontrollable (People moving out of area is a hit to our commission)
    Coaching is a script
Have to have A LOT of patience.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your Retention Reps. We are on the ground everyday and know what's going on. Stop letting other departments run us over and give us a little more power over the system and promotions.

I have been working at Cox Communications full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Diversity and inclusion, equal pay, resource groups all at your fingertips. Many opportunities to grow and develop, many leaders make themselves available to mentor, provide advice. The benefits are wonderful! It's like having a second family.

    Cons

I honestly can't think of any cons. I have worked for four telecom companies and Cox is by far the best and none of the others could hold a candle to my experience at Cox. This is a career path or journey, not a job.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing!
