    Pay
    Partnership with colleagues that feel more like family
    Mostly free services
    Fast-paced environment
    All calls now being shared across the Centers of Excellence

    Cons

    Work-life balance
    Mandatory overtime
    No early shift schedule
    No incentives to get commission once you move up to CAG. You usually have to clean up or key in work orders for Tier 1 reps and get nothing to show for it.

    Pros

    Decent pay if you're just getting out of high school. It's nearly impossible to hit sales goals without some sort of lying to the customers usually.

    Cons

    Spend most of your time omitting facts to customers to meet your outlandish goals. They could be a company to lead the industry but instead spend most of their time selling you the same crap your supposed to spout off to your customers. If you wanna be treated like an ant, then this is a perfect place for you. Warehouse is probably better but they spend most of their time finding ways to blame you for bad customer reviews

    Advice to Management

    Rethink your contractors. Most of them are trash especially the non corporate stores that you can walk into.

    Pros

    Working in technical support was a challange with great rewards. If you have the ability to make people feel better about a specific problem and apply the correct solution it's a great feeling. Benefits unparalled for this type of work.

    Cons

    Shift bids. However I do realize they are necessary. I never had to take a shift that I didn't want.

    Keep up the good work.

    Pay. That's is all I can say.

    Management is rude and unprofessional.

    Advice to Management

    Pay more attention to your manager's behavior. Make sure they stay professional at all times and do not hold personal grudges towards employees.
