    Pros

ok pay, they do a lot of fun stuff and give aways, people are cool

    Cons

no help on the floor, like at all. you have to call a sup line to get any help and sometimes they are rude. the system they use for order entry is out dated by 20 years. dos based.. hard to key the sales we need to hit in TECH SUPPORT when the system is complete garbage.

    Advice to Management

have people walk the floors to help people that need it and please get a new order entry system.

I worked at Cox Communications (More than a year)

    Pros

    Employee centric
    Generous benefits
    Fun environment
Decent pay with bonus structure for non sales employees
Excellent PTO even in your first year

    Cons

Management struggles with strategic plans and lets that trickle down often throwing direct reports under the bus instead of taking responsibility for themselves.

    Advice to Management

Take a look at the highest levels of management in markets... there is a problem in many of them because those people are struggling with what they should be doing and that doesn't do anything for the direction of the team as a whole. The work environment tends to be hostile more often than not.
