    Competitive pay and long term incentives, private ownership allows good runway for investment decisions, great CMO with vision and passion.


    Too traditional at times, CFO has far too much influence and can cast a negative vibe far and wide. Our president refers to our company as a 'we company, not a me company' and we all wish the CFO and finance organizations would get on board with this.

    Advice to Management

    Celebrate success more often; believe in your people. They love the company--trust them to do well.
