    Cons

    Compensation is a joke

Good managers leave and horrible ones are left to run the show

    I worked at Cox & Kings full-time

    Pros

New administration has been more lax regarding working remotely; lack of micromanagement.

    Cons

Stale and stuffy work environment, management is out of touch with current staff. They want to foster a "startup" environment, but no substantial changes towards that goal. Business model seems flawed as management's desire is to sell lower-end product even though current business is set up to sell higher-end product. Resources available have been lacking and it was a revolving door of talent.

Advice to those looking at Cox & Kings: look at alternatives first.

    Advice to Management

Foster a better work environment with respect and fairness rather than providing mere lip service.

I worked at Cox & Kings full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Team work, few nice coworkers.

    Cons

They made every excuse not to increase my salary in two months. High turn around, they work you to death and do not value your work. It does not matter if you are a senior or new person they do not respect that and make you do entry level and your work on top of all your reaponsabilities because they never have enough employees.

    Advice to Management

Horrrible management. Had 3 bosses at some point. Many discussions on whose lead to follow

  6. "Sales"

    Pros

They have a great product selling the whole world and some amazing destinations throughout. Some very loyal clients work with them. They are great at putting together custom trips.

    Cons

With the headquarters in India, managements seems to have issues. Service can be inconsistent, turnover is high, and employees are not valued.

    Pros

Some of the people, most have quit and maybe the address, otherwise no pros that I can think of sadly.

    Cons

Lack of trust, lack of direction, micromanagement. Turn over is ridiculous. No IT support, management is biased, plays favoritism and blames others. Business is down. Do not take a job there you will regret it! They promise bonuses but you'll never see it- because they never meat sales goals!!

    Advice to Management

Take classes in management and how to run a company!

I have been working at Cox & Kings full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

None. Maybe paid holidays. Maybe one or two good colleagues. I do not recommend this company to anyone. There is no pros.

    Cons

They will over worked you to death. You never get support from management or IT or decent training at all. It is pretty much learn it yourself. No salary increases and they will find any excuse not to do so. Very frustrating structure. There is not organization at all. Also the Indian community does not encourage neither support colleagues on their work. They all point fingers at it each other to see who takes the blame. No one ever wants to fix any IT issues and they have the worst and slower server and program ever. It is full of issues. Very frustrating company to work for. Do not waste your time burning your self up for these people. There are better companies to work for. Never work for CKGS in the United States. Very poor salaries and absurds loads of work.

    Advice to Management

Invest on your software and server and star recognizing your capable staff. The company sucks. I do not recommend any Americans to work here.
