    I loved the people I worked with--great team atmosphere. Hated to leave the people and environment--greawt learning environment.


    The salary doesn't compare to the national averages at all. Cost of living increases were rare and a joke.

    Lots of overtime opportunities. You could pretty much live in the lab and get paid for it if you wanted.


    Extremely understaffed (and therefore overworked) on two out of three shifts and ridiculously underpaid. Lab higher-ups would rather pay existing employees overtime than go to HR for a market-based raise to help attract prospective employees, which is just pure stupidity. There are never enough lab employees to fully staff the lab overnight and it is only getting worse. Employees are leaving left and right, and prospective hires repeatedly turn down job offers because the pay is so low. It is insulting.
