      Pros

[Radiology] Good opportunity to experience large workloads of general radiography, fluoroscopy, surgery, and emergency examinations.

      Cons

Ridiculously low pay. Nobody who respects their profession should be willing to work for what this hospital system pays for skilled technologists and (from what I hear) nurses. The pay is lower than any place I've ever even heard of, and the entire (brief) time I was there, I was searching for alternative employment. Meanwhile the organization acquires other hospital facilities and spends millions expanding. There's no convincing me that they can't afford to respectfully employ their talented staff.
