I have been working at Coyle Personnel full-time

    Pros

I've been working for Coyles Personnel less than a year.

I appreciate being given the opportunity to develop my career. Sometimes, you just get sorrounded by supportive people and expert managers, who help you whenever it is needed. And the hard work is always rewarded.

Coyle Personnel is a growing company that has converted into a large network across UK. Worth mentioning the flexible hours, a vast variety of projects, investments in long term initiatives (apprenticeships, training, etc), opportunities to learn and the chance to be part of a great group, where "the team work spirit" is highly encouraged.

    Cons

Conservative, not tech savvy yet, as innovation is not far away.

    Advice to Management

    Stay the Course!
