    Many people are concerning by a same fild so sometimes it take times to make the projet progress

    Close management and day to day upgrade for every employee, easy to feel part of the group.

    Info easily going up, but not always going down as easily would be a great idea to work on it

    Not so well-known abroad France, under evaluation, hiring process could be strange.
    Hierarchy too strong with a clear lack of flexibility.

    Great place to work, very good professional experience, interns considered as real employees with real responsabilities, possibilities to be hired if your work is good

    Cons

    Big group so could be difficult to accept all the processes, as a big bank Crédit Agricole can suffer of the macroeconomic context and the employees as well
