I worked at Crédit Agricole (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Work-life balance, people, location in midtown

    Cons

Strategic direction was lacking from head office. I don't think folks in Paris knew quite what they wanted their US strategy to be.

    Advice to Management

Square away a strategic plan for the Americas and stick with it for a while.

I have been working at Crédit Agricole full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    - Good benefits
    - Good PTO

    Cons

    - There's no "real" management. US HQ is in NY, but there's no one really overlooking the Miami branch
    - A lot of dead weight employees who don't do their work and throw it on others

    Advice to Management

Too many employees who have been there for 10+ years who are too used to doing things "the way we've always done it." Management does not step in when it should. A lot of dead weight employees who have a job title, but no job duties because they choose to only oversee how others are doing the job they've "assigned" to them that they should be doing. Step in as management and make sure things are done in a timely fashion and everyone is doing their own job.
