Pros
Good work life balance. Work collegue were nice and helpful in my project.
Cons
Tech stack being used is very old. They have some projects on new tech, but its very difficult to switch. Too much favoritism at management level. Everyone just want to talk and take credit but no one wants to take ownership or do the actual work.

- 3.0May 10, 2023Software EngineerCurrent Employee, more than 3 years
Pros
Always subjective to the team but - Structure is flat, which means everyone can do everything. Good for finding out what you enjoy doing - Help is there when you need it - If you are willing, you can really learn a lot here
Cons
- Since this is a French bank, for some teams it can get really busy during their working hours for us working in SGT time zone - Salary increment varies, but ultimately the longer you stay the more unjustified it becomes. The company does not focus on rewarding or retaining employees that has done alot for the team. Have seen it happen again and again. - Depending on team, it can be very fun and productive, or very political and dull - Notice period is longer than standard (2 months / 3 months if you are perm)
