I worked at Cracker Barrel part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Flexible schedule. Nothing else positive to say about this place.

    Cons

This restaurant has a tendency to bring in rude and cheap customers. Most servers are lazy and incompetent. Many coworkers would skip their sidework at the end of their shift, which meant I had to do their job as well as mine. Many employees would consistently show up to work high (not just pot, but ecstasy, heroin, and LSD) , and the managers never said anything to them. Bad guests and bad coworkers don't make... for a good work environment.
