I worked at Cradles to Crayons as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

From the minute I stepped foot in the office, I felt welcomed by everyone. They are all clearly passionate about what they do and about the kids they're helping. Working as a volunteer leader in the Giving Factory and being able to interact with so many people was just as fun as working in the office!

    Cons

There's a lot to do and people are always constantly busy. This isn't always a bad thing!

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing

    Cons

There are no cons for working to provide kids with everyday essential items.
