I have been working at Craig Hospital part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I have been working as an RN at Craig Hospital for almost four years. This is by far the best, most rewarding job I have ever had. I look forward to going to work and I feel that the work that I do makes a difference every day. I feel valued, respected and love there. My co workers are some of the coolest people I have ever met. It is a positive, healing environment.

    Cons

None that I can think of.

I have been working at Craig Hospital full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I love the atmosphere at Craig. The culture is very "can do" and positive. The way Craig deals with the patients, educates families and inserts themselves into people's lives is like no other hospital. They are compassionate, giving, sympathetic, very skilled and very understanding. They offer the best in spinal cord and traumatic brain injury rehab in the world!

    Cons

Shortage of staffing and lower pay for some positions

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work
