I have been working at Craig Hospital full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I love the atmosphere at Craig. The culture is very "can do" and positive. The way Craig deals with the patients, educates families and inserts themselves into people's lives is like no other hospital. They are compassionate, giving, sympathetic, very skilled and very understanding. They offer the best in spinal cord and traumatic brain injury rehab in the world!

    Cons

Shortage of staffing and lower pay for some positions

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work
